A packed conference room with hands going up across every row

The Room, Hosted

Not just booked — hosted. We design the arc, run it from the front, and take care of the parts that decide whether people are still in the room after the tea break.

The arc, before the agenda

An agenda is a list of who speaks when. An arc is what the day is supposed to do to the people sitting through it. We design that first, then work out which session carries which part of it.

The bits nobody budgets for

The framing that makes the first speaker land. The transitions that stop a day becoming a queue. The panel that could have been a slide. The close that sends people out changed rather than merely released.

From the front, in either language

Conferences, town halls, kick-offs, annual gatherings and award nights — hosted end to end, from fifty in a room to eight hundred, in English and Urdu.

Or come to one of ours

Most of this work happens inside one organisation, for its people. Torque also opens rooms anybody can walk into — Tongue & Thunder, Break the Cage and the rest are on the events page.
