Muhammad Junaid Jawaid

Muhammad Junaid Jawaid runs incubation at I-Thrive, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, where he started the business incubator for fintech ideas. He came to the work from the other side of the table: he graduated from the National Incubation Centre Karachi's very first cohort as a founder himself.

Since then he has worked across the NIC network and its national expansion plan, the Technology Park Incubation Centre, and the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences — on social entrepreneurship and on AI-based healthcare, which are the two halves of his own training meeting.

He trains for universities, ORICs, business incubation centres, the Pakistan Software Export Board and P@SHA, on soft skills, on starting something, and on keeping your head while you do it. He is a computer scientist by degree and a certified clinical psychotherapist by a second one, and that combination is unusual enough to be the point.
