Turn-on sauce
Turn-on sauce is Torque's name for the design choices that make learning delicious, digestible and developmental, rather than merely delivered.
Delicious: people want to be there. Digestible: it arrives in pieces a working adult can actually absorb. Developmental: something is different on Monday.
It is not entertainment. A room that enjoyed itself and changed nothing has failed. The sauce is what carries the substance in.

Turn-offs first
Ask what is turning this group off, not what training they want. Name the barriers, and the programme has something to push against.
Delivery
Experiential
Some things cannot be read. They have to be felt: practised, risked and witnessed, with somebody in the room whose opinion counts.
Delivery
Digital
Some things do not need a room. They need repeating: spaced, revisited, and there on the Tuesday afternoon somebody goes looking.
Transfer
Reinforcements and follow-thrus
The room ends on Friday. The habit was supposed to start on Monday. The follow-thru is the programme; the room only began it.
