Mind & Heart

Who It Is For

  • Professionals whose confidence does not match their record
  • Teams that have been through a hard year
  • Anyone rebuilding after a setback at work

How It Runs

  • One to two days, in person; best away from the office
  • Meditation, reflective writing, gentle peer work, held carefully
  • English and Urdu
  • A learning programme, not therapy. Where professional support is the right answer, we say so.

What It Turns On

  1. 01

Recognise the old weight you are still carrying into new rooms.

  2. 02

Practise self-compassion without lowering your standard.

  3. 03

Find where your own power actually sits, as against where you have given it away.

  4. 04

Ask for help as a competence rather than a confession.

The broad outline

  1. 01

    In context

Life as a roller-coaster of planned and unplanned turns — recalled in the room, successes and failures both, closing on gratitude.

  2. 02

    Know

What we carry: baggage, the mirror we judge ourselves in, and the stories we have rehearsed so long they sound like facts.

  3. 03

    Go

Naming yours. Where it came from, whose voice it is in, and whether you would say it to anyone else.

  4. 04

    Show

The practices — compassion, forgiveness, boundaries, and asking for what you need out loud.

  5. 05

    Close

What you are putting down, and what you are picking up instead.

What You Are Left Holding

  • One weight named and set down
  • A practice for the days it comes back
  • Permission, in your own handwriting
